Prototyping Services

Using advanced manufacturing, we can produce precise foam equivalents early in the development process, testing comfort and density long before final production. At EcoLattice, we have taken prototyping further. From 20A to 80A shore hardness, we work across the full range, giving clients greater control, fewer surprises, and a more considered path from concept to product. Toyota, Haworth, and the NHS have all explored this process.

This engagement highlights the potential of Ecolattice's technology to support comfort, pressure management, and performance in healthcare and mobility-focused applications.

Exhibited at Milan Design Week 2025, the project explored future-facing material solutions, demonstrating how customised lattice structures can redefine comfort, performance, and sustainability in next-generation vehicle interiors.

CMF Services

Khazana is EcoLattice's CMF solution service, built to bring transparency to materials and finishes across fit-outs and product development. We assess environmental impact, map supply chains, and review finish specifications to ensure every material choice meets ESG reporting standards. For designers, our advisory work offers practical tools and clear pathways toward circular economy thinking, making considered design achievable rather than aspirational. Our work spans institutions, manufacturers, and design schools, with projects including Godrej, CEPT, and NIFT.

Ecolattice curated the material library for Godrej Conscious Collective 2025, platform championing environmentally responsible design and material innovation.

The focus is on translating experimental concepts into feasible, repeatable, and manufacturable outcomes demonstrating how computational design can drive industry-ready innovation.
